Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as store expert, lead team to master product knowledge, usage scenarios, and plan visual merchandising and basic store operations.
  • •Deliver in-store training using feedback-based coaching to raise team skills and improve customer experience.
  • •Identify customer needs, provide professional solutions for motions and products, and plan product trainings for new releases.
  • •Plan and adjust merchandise displays in advance, including styling recommendations for daily and seasonal layouts.
  • •Operate stock management, checkout, end-of-day routines, and collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth handovers and store performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in supervisory/training roles.
  • •Visual merchandising, service training, and product training skills.
  • •Basic English communication for customer reception.
  • •Customer-centric mindset with ability to lead and train a team to improve customer experience.
  • •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and willingness to work weekends/holidays.
