Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and nurture the UK Card Accounting team, including talent development and succession planning.
  • •Oversee end-to-end internal and external financial reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • •Partner with senior business stakeholders to provide commercial context and influence business-critical decisions.
  • •Drive evolution of financial processes and controls using technology (including AI tools) to automate, streamline, and mitigate risk.
  • •Collaborate with the UK CFO and Finance leadership team to shape Finance culture, strategy, and vision.
