Lead technical delivery of road infrastructure projects for WSP India, acting as the primary interface between UK and India. Provide line management, help grow the ICRC capability, and ensure adherence to UK standards while coordinating with UK colleagues and teams across Bengaluru and Noida.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership to deliver projects to the required standards within time and budget.
•Act as the interface between UK and India, coordinating with UK colleagues and teams.
•Demonstrate line management capability and develop the ICRC capability.
•Apply UK standards across highways, drainage and earthworks on assigned projects.
•Manage financial aspects and resource planning to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of Civil Engineering experience (CENG) with a track record delivering infrastructure projects.
•Strong line management experience and ability to grow the ICRC capability.
•Experience coordinating across India and UK teams; excellent communication.
•Familiarity with UK standards and practices in highways, drainage and earthworks.
•Willingness to undertake periodic visits to the UK.
