Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer engagements end-to-end: frame the problem, build the solution, and deliver real commercial impact alongside customer teams.
  • •Apply and adapt ML, forecasting, and optimization techniques (increasingly agentic AI) to high-stakes retail and supply-chain problems.
  • •Turn successful on-the-ground approaches into product direction, improving core capabilities for future customers.
  • •Operate autonomously across stakeholders, making judgment calls to get solutions shipped.
  • •Stay at the edge of applied AI and bring learnings back to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong track record applying ML/data science to real-world commercial problems, ideally in forecasting, optimization, or supply-chain/pricing.
  • •Experience with frontier ML techniques and adapting models to problems without a textbook answer.
  • •Fluent programming in Python and SQL, with the ability to pick up whatever tools the problem demands.
  • •Comfort owning outcomes end-to-end in ambiguous situations and driving to results.
  • •Bonus: experience with agentic/LLM-based systems or building ML in production.
