Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend and follow up on daily PR-shift, safety meetings, and safety inspections, and proactively improve safety, health, environment, and service quality.
  • •Prepare service jobs and conduct repair, installation, hydraulic inspection, and maintenance to ensure positive customer relations.
  • •Participate in Total Plant Shutdown (TPS), Minor Shutdown, and related process plant activities as required.
  • •Perform failure analysis to determine root causes and contribute to product and system improvement.
  • •Prepare warranty-related documents, provide detailed service reports, manage spare-part reporting, and complete/ archive SHEQ documentation and evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma/SMK in a technical major or relevant field experience.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in the mining and construction industry or a relevant field.
  • •Strong knowledge of Epiroc products or services.
  • •Basic skills in mechanical systems, tooling, hose & fittings, hydraulics, fire suppression, and auto lubrication systems.
  • •Ability to create daily activity forms and perform Failure Analysis (FAR), with basic SHEQ knowledge.
