Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the client experience and related services, classes, and events within the store location.
  • •Oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators and studio teams are trained to drive services.
  • •Manage the online reservation system for services, including publishing availability and class schedules, and ensure staffing levels for smooth client flow.
  • •Execute training and development for beauty advisors and new hires, including orientation and selling model sessions where possible.
  • •Support visual merchandising standards, vendor/brand engagement and training effectiveness, and maintain a neat, clean, organized sales floor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 68,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Two to four years’ experience in a similar role in a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast.
  • •Ability to manage client services, classes, and events within a specific store location.
  • •Comfort working in a fragrance-filled environment and supporting physical demands like lifting up to 50 pounds.
