Job Summary

Lead production for multiple game features and/or departments, driving delivery from concept to completion. Build and manage production schedules with clear goals, identify and mitigate risks and scope creep, and ensure timely signoffs and execution. Partner with department leads, producers, and contributors to resolve impediments and communicate progress. Provide day-to-day management, mentoring, and leadership to production staff while supporting team health and culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as production leader for multiple features and/or departments, owning quality, upkeep, and timeliness of milestone deliverables from concept to completion.
•Collaborate with area leadership and partners to create and manage schedules with actionable goals.
•Identify complex risks and mitigate feature/scope creep while resolving project impediments to keep teams unblocked.
•Lead specific features as a Feature Owner from inception to completion, coordinating dependencies and execution with other producers.
•Provide day-to-day management, mentoring, and leadership to production staff, including communicating project updates and supporting team health and culture.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of experience on a HD/AAA game development team.
•Strong ability to create, organize, track, and manage feature or department schedules with actionable goals.
•Experience identifying development, project, or personnel risks and managing scope creep with effective mitigation strategies.
•Ability to lead features from inception to completion and coordinate dependencies with other producers.
•Minimum intermediate JIRA experience and a solid understanding of Agile processes in a game development context.
