Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Account Management team Noordwest within Mid Corporates and report to the Director Mid Corporates, responsible for achieving commercial growth and profitability targets.
•Serve as a sparring partner for the AM team and manage relationships with larger clients up to around 300 employees.
•Translate corporate strategy into team plans and ensure alignment of processes, compliance, and efficiency within the function.
•Collaborate with diverse Solution Lines and internal stakeholders to deliver on revenue targets and client value propositions.
•Combine people management with sales leadership, bringing sector knowledge (Health, Cyber, Risk Management, Trade Credit, Wealth) to drive regional results.

Key Requirements

•At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role within the corporate insurance sector
•Wft-diploma: Basis, Schade Zakelijk en Inkomen
•Assurantie diploma A (pré)
•Proven management experience
•Ability to lead and coordinate a regional Account Management team in a hybrid environment
