Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Windows infrastructure and related services across the specified Windows versions.
  • •Manage virtualization platforms using VMware ESX/vSphere and vCenter.
  • •Perform patch management using SCCM, WSUS, and SMS.
  • •Handle administration of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, and support Microsoft clusters and NLB.
  • •Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Major Incident Reports (MIR), maintain risk registers, and support antivirus management while operating in a 24/7 environment.

  • •Strong working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008, and 2012.
