Job Summary

The BD Manager will drive affiliate growth for OKX in Türkiye, identifying and engaging with high‑net‑worth communities and professional traders, while building partnerships with local influencers to acquire users and expand the OKX platform in the region. You’ll manage relationships with Turkish partners, plan marketing activities, and expand brand awareness—bridging strategy with hands‑on execution across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships that consist of HNW clients and professional traders across Türkiye
•Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in Türkiye, maintain frequent contact, and build partnerships with local influencers and KOLs for the purpose of user acquisition
•Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels relevant to the Turkish market
•Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in Türkiye
•Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users in the local market

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance or FX with a track record in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
•Experience in business development or affiliate management
•Solid connections in Türkiye with HNW clients and professional traders
•Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
•Fluent in English and Turkish is a MUST
