Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the architecture of the agentic system and ensure it evolves with the latest advancements.
  • •Design and run robust evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and catch regressions before shipping to production.
  • •Expand tools and capabilities for Joko AI, including web search, vector search, and catalog lookups, to improve speed and reliability at scale.
  • •Ingest, standardize, and enrich a massive product catalog (hundreds of millions of entries) with AI-assisted techniques.
  • •Leverage rich user data (bank transactions and browsing behavior) to build a personalized shopping experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid software engineering experience, ideally building production AI systems
  • •Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents) and LLM observability tools (LangFuse or equivalents)
  • •Experience with LLM APIs and evaluation tooling for AI systems
  • •Ability to ship, test, and iterate quickly from AI logic to infrastructure to frontend prototyping when needed
  • •Fluent in English (written and spoken)
