Key Responsibilities

  • •Take a central part in the production of slide decks and financial models and manage debt advisory mandates.
  • •Support the team in managing the transaction process.
  • •Support management teams in preparing and challenging business plans.
  • •Develop financing options and participate in early steps of term sheet drafting under senior guidance.
  • •Actively support business development, including execution of targeted marketing initiatives and training support.

Key Requirements

  • •Advisory, banking, or chartered accountancy background at Senior Consultant level.
  • •Robust financial modelling experience from professional services, consultancy, investment bank, or debt/special situations funds.
  • •Strong understanding of debt markets, banking, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
  • •Very strong analytical skills (including cash flows and financing options) to support deal execution.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of supporting teams in difficult situations.
