Key Responsibilities

•Elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
•Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams.
•Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, developers, and testers in agile cross-functional teams.
•Model business processes and system behavior using UML, BPMN, or similar notations.
•Validate and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or in a comparable IT/financial services role
•Solid knowledge of requirements engineering techniques (elicitation, analysis, specification, validation); IREB CPRE Foundation Level is a plus
•Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and with Jira and Confluence
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English (German a plus)
•University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or related field is a plus
