Job Summary

Lead change management (OCM) initiatives for global clients within a People & Organizational Consulting practice. Advise clients on adoption strategies to maximize employee engagement, minimize resistance, and drive measurable outcomes such as ROI and value realization. Manage change readiness baselines and measurement, build networks of change advocates, and apply methodologies to tailor approaches. Coach and mentor junior-to-mid consulting resources while contributing to internal tools, thought leadership, and hiring.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise global clients embarking on change initiatives and develop, lead, and/or execute tailored People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
•Drive faster adoption and increased utilization by managing change readiness, adoption baselines, and ongoing measurement and monitoring.
•Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates and apply best-practice OCM methodologies to craft customized client approaches.
•Accelerate clients through their change journey by identifying new and innovative ways to improve outcomes.
•Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources; build internal networks for business expansion; and participate in hiring, thought leadership, and development of tools/templates.

Salary: USD 103,000 - 210,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•5+ years of recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting experience.
•5+ years of experience leading OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.
•Experience managing $1M+ in revenue and coaching/leading a matrixed, cross-functional team of up to 10 members for 2+ years.
•Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification.
