Job Summary

Lead store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and a consumer-centric experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales goals by tracking KPI performance. Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, merchandising standards, inventory organization, and loss prevention. Partner with Store Manager leadership to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive store culture, and uphold company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions and authentic selling behaviors.
•Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
•Coach and develop associates to meet customer engagement and productivity goals.
•Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain visual merchandising, support stockroom operations, and uphold inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.5 - 25.2 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
•Proven ability to drive results by exceeding sales and profit goals through store teams.
•Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high-performing, diverse teams.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
