Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage every client and teammate to deliver a strong client experience and identify financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations.
  • •Provide customized financial wellness recommendations and support clients in achieving their financial wellness goals.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and develop internal/external partnerships to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations (including Teller line transactions) as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
