Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to identify and engage mid- to senior-level talent.
  • •Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
  • •Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
  • •Drive innovative sourcing strategies and initiate or improve projects to enhance recruiting efficiency with TA partners guidance.
  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners/Lead and hiring managers to improve recruiting process and candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years (or equivalent) of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize across multiple functions and tasks.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates, stakeholders, and employees.
  • •Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruitment strategies and processes.
  • •Strong talent mapping expertise to identify and track high-potential candidates.
