Job Summary

Source and pipeline mid- to senior-level talent for the Global Payment team, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers across functions. Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to identify and engage mid- to senior-level talent.
•Own interview scheduling and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
•Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process.
•Drive innovative sourcing strategies and initiate or improve projects to enhance recruiting efficiency with TA partners guidance.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners/Lead and hiring managers to improve recruiting process and candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years (or equivalent) of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize across multiple functions and tasks.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with candidates, stakeholders, and employees.
•Proven ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruitment strategies and processes.
•Strong talent mapping expertise to identify and track high-potential candidates.
