Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience with Change Management and Target Operating Model in a finance context.
  • •Experience delivering large-scale systems implementation projects in a Banking/Finance environment.
  • •Experience defining and implementing business processes, and translating business needs into requirements.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across multiple locations.
  • •Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
