Key Responsibilities

•Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery) and other logistics metrics to highlight gaps versus targets.
•Support carrier WBR deep dives and contribute to solving operational issues between couriers and merchants.
•Prepare ad-hoc reports and reporting materials based on logistics metrics and analysis.
•Propose new initiatives using AI tools to optimize logistics day-to-day operations.
•Contribute to supplier management initiatives, ongoing commercial projects, and new project launches across Europe.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a university degree and able to commit to at least 12+ weeks (full-time or part-time).
•Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities independently, with strong communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and data analysis.
•High oral fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with stakeholders across Spanish and English markets.
•Preferred: prior internship or academic project experience in data engineering/AI, computer science, analytics, or mathematics.
