Health Services Manager

Support the Centre Manager to run Bupa Clinics UK efficiently and in line with policy and procedure, while delivering an outstanding experience for adult and child customers. Drive and improve performance across service lines using customer satisfaction measures (e.g., Net Promoter Score, complaints, incidents) and root cause analysis. Ensure team compliance and clinical governance processes, oversee center finances, and lead/motivate the team through daily briefings and visual board meetings.
