Lead and coordinate construction and maintenance work in the field, managing crew and equipment needs and ensuring required materials and tools are available. Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for installation and repair questions, and oversee training by assessing needs, delivering required training, and monitoring quality. Provide performance and disciplinary feedback, support emergency responsiveness for natural gas, and maintain accurate records while enforcing safety, code, and regulatory compliance.
