  • •Support the Enterprise Technology Business Process COE Global team to deliver projects aligned to scope, benefits, and timeline.
  • •Lead business process discussions and functional Business Process COE conversations.
  • •Coordinate planning, testing, diagnosis of errors, and corrective actions during implementation.
  • •Design reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and user authorizations to enable the To-Be process vision.
  • •Develop business process documentation, draft requirements, lead workshops, and provide training/input during implementation and hyper-care.
