Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor negotiation, purchase order issuance, and order tracking.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers and vendors for hardware components and indirect goods/services.
  • •Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • •Partner with engineering and R&D teams to understand technical specifications and sourcing requirements for prototype and production materials.
  • •Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality to proactively resolve supply chain risks or delays, and maintain procurement records and documentation.

Salary: USD 79,380 - 150,000

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, with preference for automotive, hardware, robotics, or tech experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Strong negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
  • •Familiarity with procurement/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • •Ability to read and understand technical specifications for hardware/electronic components (a plus) and strong attention to detail.
