Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance on equipment and facilities
  • •Diagnose equipment problems and repair or replace defective parts
  • •Perform basic welding and fabrication as needed
  • •Communicate daily with Production and Shipping Managers and coordinate priorities with the Plant and Warehouse Managers
  • •Drive 5S workplace organization and ensure CM/PM tasks are properly performed and documented in MaintainX

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and basic math skills
  • •Ability to perform welding and fabrication

  • •Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a manufacturing environment; prior manufacturing experience preferred
