Build and own foundational ads targeting data and platform capabilities for Monetization Technology. Design large-scale batch and stream pipelines for ingestion, ETL, aggregation, profile generation, and external serving. Create data quality frameworks with validation, lineage, monitoring/alerting, SLAs, and automated backfills. Deliver standardized capabilities like audience package management, tag query services, and an access-controlled targeting rule engine, collaborating with ML, product, and compliance to improve rollout and performance.
