Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an assigned territory and execute engagements with healthcare professionals to achieve call rate and coverage targets.
  • •Conduct face-to-face detailing calls and deliver clinical education, product training, and CPD-accredited educational sessions.
  • •Provide in-depth product training and clinical detailing updates to pharmacy staff and educate pharmacists on patient counselling best practices.
  • •Support pharmacovigilance by reporting adverse events and product complaints, and communicate updates on PI label changes and regulatory updates.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM reporting, submit infield/activity reports and market insights, manage monthly travel/activation/education budgets, and attend relevant medical events.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum BSc degree or similar qualifications aligned to healthcare professionals (e.g., Physiotherapist, Biokinetics, Pharmacy-related).
