Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute material planning strategies aligned to customer demand, production requirements, and inventory objectives.
  • •Monitor material availability, identify risks, and take proactive actions to minimize supply disruptions.
  • •Analyze planning data, ERP/MRP outputs, and supply chain trends to support informed decisions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Procurement, Production, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Demand Planning, Quality, Finance) to align priorities and improve performance.
  • •Manage planning activities in ERP/MRP systems to ensure data accuracy and timely execution, including support for S&OP/S&OE processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in material/distribution or production planning, supply chain, or procurement (ideally in manufacturing/industrial environments).
  • •Hands-on ERP and MRP experience, including reading exceptions and not only entering transactions.
  • •Advanced Excel and ability to turn planning data into KPI narratives for non-planners (production, sales, finance).
  • •Proven ability to reprioritize quickly when supply constraints, demand shifts, or opportunities change the plan.
  • •Fluent English with strong cross-functional communication to work effectively with procurement, production, and logistics.
