Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate deliveries, moves, and installations, including scheduling crews and staging activities.
  • •Manage vendor activities, onsite delivery oversight, and quote/invoice and task tracking.
  • •Maintain delivery documentation and proactive status updates, including delivery confirmations and inventory tracking.
  • •Support receiving, tagging/labeling, counting, and system updates for stock, surplus, and redeployable inventory.
  • •Independently plan and execute small-scale furniture projects and provide backup logistics support for daily moves.
