Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and enhance financial models for quarterly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and long-range planning for COGS, inventory, and CapEx.
  • •Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and operations stakeholders to provide financial guidance for strategic initiatives.
  • •Own intra-quarter forecast and outlook processes, identifying risks, opportunities, and financial impacts.
  • •Perform variance analysis of actual results vs. forecast, budget, and prior periods, communicating drivers and recommendations to leadership.
  • •Support month-end and quarter-end close activities and prepare executive-level presentations, financial summaries, and decision-support materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 68,600 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations finance, supply chain finance, or FP&A.
  • •Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing operations, and financial planning processes.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and financial planning or reporting tools.
  • •Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
