•Lead end-to-end project management for complex cross-functional initiatives (e.g., product launches, global expansion, M&A, internal transformation) using recognized best practices.

•Drive strategic alignment and decision making with project leads and executive stakeholders.
•Facilitate needs assessments and task scoping with workstream leaders to ensure teams focus on the right objectives.
•Identify dependencies, remove barriers, track blockers, and mitigate risks across cross-functional workstreams.
