Key Responsibilities

•Strategic Decision Support: Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop new investment decision-making frameworks and drive strategy in a dynamic environment.
•Growth vs. Profitability: Own complex models and analyses to help the business strike the optimal balance between aggressive growth and long-term profitability.
•Custom Financial Modelling: Lead high-impact modelling exercises to support key initiatives, sizing new opportunities and building business cases for innovative products.
•KPI Analysis: Track and analyse key financial and business KPIs to uncover trends, assessing current and future risks while identifying new market opportunities.
•Process Innovation: Lead special projects to automate and scale our forecasting and reporting tools, ensuring our methodologies evolve alongside the business.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
•proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
•ability to earn the trust of senior leaders and influence strategic thinking across a matrixed organisation
•advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build robust, complex financial models
•experience owning forecasts and budgets for major functional areas, working directly with operators to hit performance targets
•proficiency in SQL (or a strong willingness to learn) to manipulate large datasets and uncover insights
