Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain drum and IBC filling stations, belt-driven conveyor systems, industrial forklifts, and associated equipment/instruments.
  • •Select, inspect, and manage customer-supplied empty packages (drums/IBCs), including labeling and work-order/label verification.
  • •Operate 2-sided drum and tote filling stations via HMI/PLC, including sequence numbering and fill-weight verification/operations.
  • •Handle chemical transfer and flow control by pumping liquid chemicals, connecting tank trailers to pipe headers, and operating pneumatic/manual/motorized valves.
  • •Complete daily documentation and housekeeping, maintain quality requirements, perform minor maintenance, and communicate with others to solve issues as they arise.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to get and maintain a TWIC card.
  • •Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • •Ability to wear respiratory protection, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in temperature extremes.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience in areas such as warehouse environment, tank terminal, truck/rail loading, process or pipeline, forklift, or mechanical/instrumentation.
