Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive hardware/software needs through procurement, receipt, verification, and delivery to the production line with clear accountability.
  • •Run the dock-to-line pipeline: receiving, staging, reconciliation, and deployment coordination so parts don’t block builds.
  • •Manage the back half of the lifecycle including refreshes, RMAs, warranty, and vendor returns with compliance.
  • •Build the software-licensing function: master software inventory, cost and license categorization, enterprise-licensing transition, renewals, and accounting/compliance.
  • •Ensure systems stay accurate by mirroring physical hardware and license status across ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management tools, and create repeatable SOPs/dashboards.
