Own and expand operational knowledge for International Settlement Support core applications, including authorisations, settlement, pricing, and fees. Create and maintain process documentation and system flow, support issue resolution, and serve as an SME for core applications. Manage configuration for onboarding new clients and network products, while coaching and mentoring the team to reduce single points of failure. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and drive a culture of accountability.
