  • •Lead Radiology Informatics solution implementations in Mexico to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

  • •Lead a multidisciplinary implementation team and create structure, clarity, and a strong team environment.
  • •Collaborate with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders to strengthen execution and customer trust.
  • •Elevate implementation standards and continuously develop team effectiveness through performance and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in implementation and service delivery, plus program or project management and proven people leadership and customer relationship management.
  • •Experience ideally in healthcare technology or imaging informatics, such as RIS/PACS or a comparable technical environment.
  • •Ability to manage complex implementation topics with technical credibility across systems and infrastructure.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, or a related field; PMP is highly valued.
  • •Fluency in English and the ability to lead in a dynamic customer-facing environment.
