Key Responsibilities

•Lead Radiology Informatics solution implementations in Mexico to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
•Drive delivery governance, execution discipline, and successful go-lives with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Lead a multidisciplinary implementation team and create structure, clarity, and a strong team environment.
•Collaborate with customers, sales, service, and regional stakeholders to strengthen execution and customer trust.
•Elevate implementation standards and continuously develop team effectiveness through performance and accountability.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in implementation and service delivery, plus program or project management and proven people leadership and customer relationship management.
•Experience ideally in healthcare technology or imaging informatics, such as RIS/PACS or a comparable technical environment.
•Ability to manage complex implementation topics with technical credibility across systems and infrastructure.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, or a related field; PMP is highly valued.
•Fluency in English and the ability to lead in a dynamic customer-facing environment.
