Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, mix, and serve beverages and cocktails according to standardized recipes and service standards.
  • •Maintain bar cleanliness, equipment, storage areas, and beverage stock at established par levels.
  • •Complete daily inventory and reports, including stock requisitions, sales, transfers, breakage, spoilage, and cashier reports.
  • •Handle cashiering duties when required, process guest payments, reconcile sales, and submit daily cash reports.
  • •Prepare mise en place and beverage stations, store and serve wines at correct temperatures, and perform suggestive selling for guest satisfaction and sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably as a bartender.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • •Sound knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
  • •Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Micros is advantageous.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
