Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day construction activities across assigned MEP and CSA workstreams.
  • •Ensure construction compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
  • •Coordinate site activities between contractors, consultants, utility providers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • •Monitor construction progress against approved schedules, milestones, and look-ahead plans; review productivity, manpower, plant, equipment, and resource deployment.
  • •Support testing, commissioning, energization, system turnover, handover, punch list resolution, and closeout; escalate critical issues, risks, and delays.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Relevant professional certification or registration.
  • •Minimum 12–15 years of overall professional experience in major construction or infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 12 years of relevant construction management experience, including at least 8 years on similar large-scale or mission-critical projects.
  • •Strong experience supervising hyperscale data center, industrial, or complex MEP/CSA construction and coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces.
