Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pathfinding activities to influence and define next-generation architecture
  • •Analyze design tradeoffs in terms of performance, power and area impact
  • •Analyze and compile competitive analysis data
  • •Collaborate with architecture leads to translate product requirements into detailed specifications
  • •Work with AMD’s Engineering teams and IP teams to ensure architectural alignment of features and clean interoperability and integration

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (Academic Credentials)
  • •Solid understanding of SoC construction including fabric connectivity, memory systems, power delivery, clock distribution, floor planning, and packaging
  • •Proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, TCL, Python) and experience with EDA tools and CMOS technology
  • •Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • •Proven ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise, and well-structured documentation
