Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director to establish and maintain project governance for the Construction Management vertical, including stage gates, approval pathways, controls, and reporting requirements.
  • •Coordinate governance assurance and internal audit activities to ensure compliance and timely closure of audit actions.
  • •Lead preparation, consolidation, and control of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; monitor cash flow, commitments, and variances and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • •Prepare and coordinate Board Papers and N‑1/investment committee/executive briefing materials, including financial models, summaries, and risk assessments.
  • •Support Construction Management strategy, operating model/phasing/resourcing, business cases and scenario analyses, and coordinate integrated inputs across multiple functions.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years’ relevant experience in management reporting, project controls, strategy, and/or finance roles.
  • •Strong understanding of project governance, financial management, and strategic planning within large capital programmers.
  • •Experience preparing Board and executive-level decision-ready reporting and structured submissions.
  • •Solid financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
