Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and lead asset management best practices for installed and spare assets, ensuring required markings/tagging and unique record identification.
  • •Maintain IUID tags and upload records into PIEE, and manage property management functions to control contractor-held property.
  • •Ensure systems, processes, and records are established to control property from receipt through stewardship until relief of responsibility.
  • •Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits to maintain accountability and ensure property use aligns with contract performance.
  • •Track and report on government property and fixed, non-capitalized, and leased assets, and perform monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •8 to 10 years of related experience in asset/property management or related work.
  • •Active Secret clearance (must currently possess) and be able to maintain required clearance level.
