Lead the Data Governance and Privacy (DGP) product marketing function in Bangalore as the ultimate business owner for global GTM success. Key Responsibilities

•Own the Global DGP narrative, including end-to-end GTM strategy, pricing/packaging positioning, and multi-product messaging for Fortune 500 enterprises.
•Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product marketers in Bangalore, applying a repeatable strategic framework.
•Serve as a primary PMM partner across Product Management, Sales leadership, and Global Demand Generation to align roadmaps with commercial realities.
•Architect and run analyst relations to strengthen leadership in major evaluations and maintain competitive intelligence.
•Orchestrate global launches, field-enablement playbooks, and disruptive campaigns for net-new products and AI/GenAI feature integrations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of people management experience directly leading product marketing teams in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
•10+ years of total professional experience.
•Deep domain fluency in data governance and data privacy, including regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and/or enterprise data management.
•Experience leading tier-1 analyst evaluation processes (Gartner/Forrester) with outcomes such as “Leader” quadrants.
•Advanced ability to build and iterate data-driven, multi-quarter go-to-market plans based on pipeline analytics and corporate shifts.
