Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a compliance strategy across Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory requirements.
  • •Drive risk reduction through culture and behaviors initiatives.
  • •Lead execution of HSS HSE vision and mission by deploying the HSE Management System.
  • •Partner with HSS and Richardson leadership to achieve HSE goals and objectives.
  • •Reduce the risk profile using self-assessments and audits, gembas, and agency/third-party inspections, and improve using HMX/Lean practices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 8 years of progressive health and safety experience with increased responsibility.
  • •Previous experience in a leadership role with the ability to manage and mentor HSE professionals.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
  • •Strong understanding of OSHA standards and the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP).
  • •Firm understanding and management experience with global aspects of HSE and Sustainability, plus collaboration, program management, and problem-solving skills.
