Job Summary

Dynamic Category Manager to lead strategic initiatives for Sephora Hong Kong across Fragrance and Haircare, driving assortment optimization, trade marketing, and omni-channel performance. You will collaborate with brand partners, manage launches, and mentor juniors, while tracking KPIs across channels and stores to ensure growth and profitability in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of the Fragrance and Haircare categories to drive the business through optimizing assortment, trade marketing strategies, and driving productive growth.
•Set up and track omni-channel category performance (by channel, markets, segments, margin, productivity, brand conversion & stocks management) vs set KPIs.
•Develop the annual brand plan including product launch calendar and sales targets; manage new product launches, planograms, pricing, and forecasting.
•Coordinate with brands on fixtures, stocks and merchandising for new store openings, renovations, and updates according to launch timing.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders (regional teams, marketing, supply chain, ecommerce teams) to meet category goals and ensure strong launch plans and 360 execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline
•Minimum 6 years Account/Brand Management/Merchandising experience, ideally from the beauty or FMCG industry
•Excellent IT and database skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP is a plus
•Excellent command of spoken and written English
•In-depth understanding of international and local beauty brands, market trends and consumer buying behavior
