Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the order management process to place accurate orders on time and in alignment with customer requirements.
  • •Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely production, accurate fulfillment, and adherence to contract quality requirements.
  • •Coordinate deliveries with on-site personnel, ensuring receipt, inventorying, and invoicing accuracy.
  • •Develop and manage logistics plans for multi-site delivery environments, including shipments, storage needs, and resource allocation.
  • •Lead continuous process improvement to streamline procurement workflows, reduce lead times, and optimize inventory practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,150 - 152,900

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or related operations supporting Government or similar environments.
  • •Experience with procurement and logistics management software.
  • •Ability to analyze procurement/logistics data, identify trends or issues, and produce detailed status reports, risk summaries, and recommendations.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline and document processes.
  • •Experience tracking inventory, scheduling distribution, coordinating shipments to multiple locations, and managing vendor relationships to enforce quality standards.
