Box Office/Ticket Seller- Punch Line Houston

Handle daily box office operations by reconciling ticket sales and cash drawers, supporting pricing and inventory processes, and assisting with internal ticket orders and reports. Deliver prompt in-person and phone customer service, manage will call and guest list operations, troubleshoot night-of-show issues, and support ADA-related requirements. Operate the Ticketmaster host system, maintain shift procedures and phone menus, and ensure accurate tracking of lost and found.
