Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute Acceptance Solutions service delivery and client success strategy across APAC to deliver measurable value and business outcomes.
•Provide leadership across clients’ operational activities, ensuring cross-functional delivery of systems and services and proactive client success planning.
•Establish success measures and performance standards using metrics, feedback mechanisms, and proactive client engagement.
•Build and scale a high-performing regional leadership team with accountability and succession depth, fostering a client-centric performance culture.
•Represent the function in leadership forums and executive business reviews, articulating priorities, progress, risks, and decisions required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
•15+ years of successful experience in senior leadership roles with client-facing accountability, ideally in payments or related industries.
•Proven ability to build, lead, and hold high-performing teams accountable for results and behaviors.
•Strong strategic judgment to solve complex, cross-functional problems without precedent.
•Deep understanding of client operations, payment processing, and acquiring/acceptance business models.
