Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development of multibody dynamics simulation models for mechanical systems to enable product development and design validation.
  • •Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and refine mathematical load models.
  • •Develop and simulate 1D degradation models for components such as motors, batteries, and inverters, including model setup and parameter tuning.
  • •Assist with system-level integration and simulation analysis across multibody dynamics, load, and degradation models.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in multibody dynamics modeling and simulation for mechanical systems; familiarity with Ansys Twin Builder and Simscape.
  • •Basic understanding of operating principles and degradation modeling methods for motors, batteries, and inverters; ability to develop 1D degradation models under guidance.
  • •Strong fundamental mathematical modeling skills to support load model development.
  • •Basic programming skills using Python and MATLAB, plus communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
