Key Responsibilities

•Own mortgage revenue and P&L by setting targets, forecasting accurately, and delivering against the plan.
•Define mortgage segment strategy and go-to-market direction, including segmentation, pricing, packaging, and growth investments.
•Align Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success around shared mortgage targets and results.
•Hire, lead, and develop the mortgage team as the business scales.
•Build senior relationships with key lenders and partners and run operating cadence (forecasts, pipeline reviews, cross-functional planning).
