Join the ADSO team to ensure high-quality AI training data and test sets. You’ll investigate content issues, perform policy research and judgment, and develop evaluation systems and operational audits with balanced scenario coverage. Identify misuse patterns and process vulnerabilities, support workflows like arbitration and quality inspection, and collaborate across policy, product, engineering, and other teams to improve review accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct quality assurance for AI training data and test sets.
•Perform content issue discovery and policy research/judgment to improve credibility, consistency, and delivery quality.
•Develop and maintain core standards and evaluation systems; design and maintain test sets for calibration, quality assessment, and operational audits.
•Identify misuse patterns and operational vulnerabilities; support workflows including arbitration, quality inspection, training, and calibration.
•Collaborate cross-departmentally with policy, product, engineering, and others; track key metrics and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and strong interest in content ecosystems, platform governance, or AI data quality.
•Fluent Mandarin Chinese and proficient English for reviewing, analyzing, and assessing Mandarin-language content.
•1+ years of experience in quality assurance, content governance, content judgment/review, or quality inspection.
•Strong content comprehension to handle non-standard content scenarios without clear-cut answers.
•Strong English communication with exceptional attention to detail, clarity, and linguistic consistency; data-driven, logical problem solving.
