Lead and own security engineering strategy to strengthen a proactive security posture, ensuring compliance, reducing real risk, and boosting client confidence. Manage the security team—hiring, mentoring, and scaling the function—while driving identity and access management, security monitoring, detection, and incident response. Own vulnerability management and cloud security architecture/guardrails, including data isolation across a multi-tenant platform, and partner on SOC2 and PCI readiness.
